Once TES Platform is successfully installed it opens both 2233 and 2244 TCP ports at both its interfaces so the situation you faced may be resulted by unsuccessful installation of TES Platform or its components. Usually it happens when one tries to install TES Platform onto a server with less than two network interfaces: in this situation operating system will be installed but TES Platform's components like Terminal Shell and HTML GUI won't be installed as require two network interfaces. Please double check if there are two NICs connected to TES box and try installing TES Platform again.
